Goerdeler Kolleg for Good Governance is a German-speaking training program that ran for 20 years. In 2020 we supported them in their transition from a staff-led to a self-organized alumni network. We designed and facilitated a 1-year participatory process with a core group of active alumni.
A new network structure, participatory budgeting processes, training in self-organization and community building, and a successful network handover to alumni.

The Edmund Hillary Fellowship is a community of global impact entrepreneurs and investors. We supported and advised EHF in its first 3 years to lay the groundwork for developing a thriving community and create an environment for deep connection and collaboration.
Setup community and communication infrastructures, supported fellow-led initiatives, hosted online community events and physical gatherings, collaborative funding experiments.

Jan Perkins, founder and CEO sought a long term partner help her realise her goal of building capacity organization-wide before her retirement. The entire company (including clients) created the roadmap. We continue to support the team in the transition through the optimisation phase.
Jan will leave Tautoko in June 2021 without a CEO replacement - the capacity has been created within the organization to make this possible.

We provided training, coaching, consulting and advisory services on self-organizing. A truly global endeavour made possible through Greaterthan’s depth and geographic reach.
We trained over 300 people in self-management, worked with over 40 teams building their capacity to create agreements, make decisions, improve communication and create coherence.
