For years at Greaterthan we’ve been experimenting with and designing what we call “Liberating Macrostructures” - these distribute participation and control just like Liberating Structures do, but they exist in and beyond the singular moment of a well-facilitated meeting. Liberating Macrostructures are both synchronous and asynchronous agreements and methods that include and unleash everyone, enabling them to lead together - from small community groups to large organizations.
